If your skin isn’t healing, it may not be your skin.

A structured 14-day reset physio-led programme by Wen Ying, physiotherapist & skin coach.

The goal is to help you reduce flares, stabilise your system, and finally understand your triggers.

Structured guidance. No extremes. No overwhelm.

THE REAL PROBLEM

This is not a skin problem.
It’s a regulation problem.

• Inflammation = load
• Sleep = repair
• Stress = trigger
• Movement = circulation

My Story

Why I Created This

2 years ago, my eczema worsened to the point it affected my sleep.

After treatments including immunosuppressants and oral steroids, my skin became more reactive — eventually leading to topical steroid withdrawal.

What helped wasn’t chasing products.

It was rebuilding regulation — sleep, stress, movement, and structured elimination.

When I started tracking my sleep and stress, I noticed my flares worsened after poor sleep nights. This was the turning point that helped me rebuild structure instead of guessing.

You don’t need to do more.

You need to do the right things consistently.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start understanding your skin:

Structured. Calm. Science-informed.

Beyond creams, beyond the skin

Topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) and chronic eczema may present with similar symptoms and should not be mistaken for one another. A proper diagnosis must be made by a qualified healthcare professional.
